Logs
The Logs module lets you create named log templates and quickly add entries to them. It’s ideal for tracking things you want a history of but don’t need interval-based scheduling — mood, symptoms, food, events, or anything else.
Creating a log
Section titled “Creating a log”- Open the Logs tab.
- Tap + to create a new log template.
- Give it a name (e.g. “Mood”, “Medication”, “Water intake”).
- Tap Save.
Adding an entry
Section titled “Adding an entry”- Open a log → tap + Entry.
- Optionally add a note.
- Tap Save. The entry is timestamped automatically.
NFC-triggered entries
Section titled “NFC-triggered entries”You can link an NFC tag to a log so that tapping the tag adds an entry instantly.
- Open the log.
- Tap Link NFC Tag.
- Scan the tag when prompted.
From that point, tapping the NFC tag creates a new timestamped entry in the log without opening the app.
Viewing history
Section titled “Viewing history”Open any log to see all its entries in reverse chronological order. Each entry shows the date, time, and any note you added.
Editing and deleting
Section titled “Editing and deleting”- Entries: swipe left on an entry to delete it.
- Log templates: open the log → tap Edit → Delete Log to remove the log and all its entries.
