Settings

Access Settings by tapping the gear icon (top right of the Tasks screen) or via Profile → Settings.

Toggle individual modules on or off. Hidden modules are not visible as tabs, but their data is preserved.

Accent colour — Choose from 7 accent colours used throughout the app for status dots, highlights, and buttons. Options: mint green (default), teal, blue, purple, orange, red, yellow.

  • Date of birth — Required for Life Countdown calculations. Stored on-device only.
  • Life expectancy — The age used to calculate years remaining. Default: 80.
  • Tone — Neutral or Direct.
  • Display mode — Years, decades, or percentage.

  • Sign in / Sign out — Connect or disconnect your cloud account.
  • Cloud Sync enabled — Toggle syncing on or off without signing out.
  • Manual sync — Trigger a sync immediately.
  • Sync status — Shows last successful sync time and any errors.

  • Enable HA Sensors — Expose task and log state as HA entities.
  • Enable HA Actions — Allow HA to complete, reopen, and log entries.
  • Verify Connection — Run a connectivity check against your HA instance.
  • Subscription status — Shows your current plan (trial, local lifetime, or cloud).
  • Manage subscription — Opens the iOS subscription management screen.
  • Restore purchases — Use this if you’ve reinstalled the app or switched devices.

Development and diagnostic tools. Visible in all builds.

  • Notifications — Lists all pending local notifications with their scheduled times.
  • Sync log — Recent cloud sync events and errors.
  • Reset onboarding — Re-run the first-launch setup flow.

All app data is stored on-device using SwiftData. Cloud sync is entirely opt-in. No analytics or tracking is included. Your date of birth (Life module) is never synced to the cloud.
