These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TappRFID, including the website, app, and related services. By using TappRFID, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use TappRFID. Certain features may require an active subscription managed through Apple.

Pricing, free-trial availability, and billing terms are shown at purchase time through the Apple App Store. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple's policies and account settings.

You retain rights to data you create in TappRFID. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit data solely to provide and maintain the service.

TappRFID, including its software, branding, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue portions of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

7. Home Assistant and HACS Integrations

Home Assistant and HACS support are optional features and rely on third-party software, services, and distribution channels that we do not own or control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for the configuration and security of your Home Assistant environment, automations, and connected devices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with all Home Assistant versions, custom components, HACS behavior, or third-party updates.

TappRFID is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Home Assistant, Nabu Casa, or HACS maintainers. Home Assistant and HACS names and marks belong to their respective owners.

TappRFID is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of TappRFID.

This includes loss or damage arising from Home Assistant or HACS outages, integration failures, delayed sync, automation misfires, misconfiguration, or actions triggered by third-party systems.

You may stop using TappRFID at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
